How can you test Tucan.ai for free?
You can test Tucan.ai through a free trial. Our free trial includes all the functionalities of your selected plan, plus up to one hour of free transcription volume. More precisely, you get 15 min for your registration, 30 minutes after you fill out our onboarding form, and an additional 15 min if you refer another user to Tucan.ai.
What happens if my included minutes run out in Transcription Pro?
If your minutes run out, you can simply book additional pre-paid minutes to your account. Those minutes are valid until they are completely used up and roll over to the next month as long as your subscription is active. Your included monthly or yearly volume renews automatically each new billing cycle (i.e. monthly or yearly).
Do I have to pay after the free trial?
No, after you have used all your free-trail transcription volume, no costs will occur, unless you choose a paid subscription. There is no payment information required to start your free trial.
Can I change my current plan at anytime?
Yes, you can choose to change your plan anytime between Transcription Pro and Basic. In case you want to downgrade to Transcription basic, you will have to cancel your monthly or yearly subscription first.
How many users are included in my Tucan.ai paid plan?
The number of users are not restricted in your Tucan.ai account. You can invite as many users to your account as you want and manage them in your admin settings.
Do my unused minutes transfer to the next month?
Unused minutes included in your subscription do not transfer from month to month or year to year, as they renew every new billing cycle respectively (i.e. monthly or yearly). In case you book additional pre-paid minutes, they will roll over to the next month until used up and/or your subscription is active.
